Due to the nature of handmade ceramics, variations in form and color are to be expected and part of what make these pieces so unique. All items are food safe, hand washing is recommended to ensure the longevity of the pieces.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGES

Ready to Ship items will usually be shipped in 3-5 business days.  Made to Order items will usually ship in 10-14 weeks. 

All sales are final.

International Shipping is offered please email me if you have any problems or questions. Buyer is responsible for international duties, taxes and tariffs.

If there are any issues with your order, please emai Catherine @ rexdesign.co  In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all of the packaging. We'll provide further instructions and begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility or offer refunds for stolen mail.

 Shipping is non-refundable.
